I apologize for taking so long to get some very personal thoughts regarding the financial services you have provided to the Sullivan family.
I believe the best place to start is July 5, 2008. As you may recall, I was rushed to the hospital with only a 5% chance of survival. I was diagnosed with a form of Sepsis. Only because of excellent medical service, was I able to be released from the hospital three months later.
Not only did I receive excellent medical service, the extraordinary concern by you for my family during this time was greatly appreciated. The hours you spent with Betty and my children were very comforting to them and to me. You took over supporting the financial needs of my family while I was ill, which was a great relief to all of us.
Travis, in my opinion, you are among the best financial representatives I have had the pleasure of working with. Your warm feelings for the Sullivan family demonstrate that you genuinely are concerned about the welfare of your clients. This is above the service normally provided by financial representatives.
Your in-depth knowledge of your clients financial needs permits you to recommend a program which will bring stability to them. This is possible only because of your wealth of experience in the financial world. When you combine this technical knowledge with your concern for your clients, it is easy for me to now understand why you are held in such high regard by your clients and rank highly in your field.
When one combines all of these very positive traits with your integrity, there is no doubt in my mind that you will continue to be successful. Please continue to provide the quality service you now provide.
